Restorative yoga involves gentle movement and stretching. Great for beginners & stress management. Bring your own mat or I'll have some for you to use. Restorative means we're just going to do a little movement, deep stretching, breathing work, and meditation. It's great for those who want to give yoga a try or need a little stress relief at the end of the week.
